Shenzhen Qixuan Shichuang Co., Ltd. is a professional EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services) provider specializing in SMT, DIP, testing, assembly and electronic product processing.
With over ten years of accumulated experience, we have built a strong engineering team and an in-house electronic component procurement team. Our plant spans 16,000 m² and employs 350+ front-line workers, of whom 90% have more than four years of production-line experience. We are equipped with automatic screen printers, automatic pick-and-place machines, reflow soldering and automatic wave soldering machines. Current capacity includes five SMT lines (daily capacity of 4 million component placements), four DIP/through-hole lines (daily capacity of 2.5 million placements), and two assembly & packaging lines, supported by solder paste inspection (SPI), off-line AOI, X-ray and ICT testing machines.
Our placement department runs Samsung SM471PLUS and SM481PLUS high-precision pick-and-place machines, offering placement accuracy of ±0.1 mm for chip components and handling over 100 tape, tray and tube component types, from 0201-size and larger SMDs. For packaged ICs, our Samsung laser/vision multi-function placement machines handle QFP, TQFP, PLCC, QFN, LGA and BGA packages, with QFP accuracy of ±0.08 mm and automatic placement of BGA components down to a 0.30 mm pitch. Our DIP line accommodates board widths from 50 mm to 450 mm. We apply strict process control across all lines and support lead-free (RoHS-compliant) processing.
We are certified to ISO9001:2015 and IATF16949, and build to IPC-A-610E Class II/III standards. Our quality system covers every step — from components procurement and development through production — with rigorous testing, clear traceability and continuous innovation, all while maintaining product reliability.
